Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Coconut Land Holidays for your Kerala adventure. This Payment Policy outlines the terms for all financial transactions related to your booking. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
1. Booking Confirmation & Advance
A booking is considered “Confirmed” only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance.
The standard advance is 25% – 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the package type and season (e.g., peak season may require a higher advance).
This advance secures your accommodations, houseboat, and other services, which are often blocked and paid for by us in advance.
2. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments through the following methods:
Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS (Our bank details will be provided on the invoice)
Credit Card / Debit Card (Processed through a secure payment gateway)
UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
Cheque (Booking will be confirmed only upon cheque clearance)
3. Payment Schedule
To ensure a smooth booking process, we adhere to the following payment schedule:
Advance Payment: Required to confirm your booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to your arrival date in Kerala.
Last-Minute Bookings (within 15 days of arrival): require 100% payment at the time of booking to be confirmed.
4. Pricing & Inclusions
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Our package prices include all taxes as per current government regulations. Any future changes in tax laws will be borne by the client.
The tour cost includes items as specifically mentioned in your final itinerary/offer letter. Anything not mentioned is excluded (e.g., airfare, personal expenses, meals not specified, entry fees to monuments not listed).
5. Cancellation Policy Due to Non-Payment
Failure to make the balance payment by the due date (15 days before tour start) may be treated as a cancellation of your booking by you. Our standard Cancellation Policy will apply, and the advance will be forfeited.
6. Refund Policy
All advance and payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy under “Force Majeure” events.
Refunds, if applicable as per our terms, will be processed to the original source of payment within 10-15 business days after a written request is received and approved.
7. Security & Privacy
Coconut Land Holidays uses secure and encrypted payment gateways to protect your financial information.
We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
